BACK IN MILANO! |

 | part 1 | WOW THIS IS A RAINBOW BROTHER CHECK IT OUT!!! ALL MY FAVORITE RAINBOW SONGS!!! THIS GUY IS SITTING IN MY HOOOOUSE! dude! i totally know who this guy is cuz i have seen his albums and i took my frist chi gung lesson from him in the rainbow in my yogi's dome at the hungarian rainbow for the elclipse!!! duuuude! i never heard all the original versions of all these songs we sing! we sing them mostly in the bajan singing nights and in the rainbow circles...but i never knew where these songs came from and this guy did so many of the songs i know! how awesome. duuude, he was totally canoeing, and he suddenly became very aware of being surrounded above, below, and all around by the loving force that exists in all things. i know my favorite album of his is the oceanic dreams and the circle of life!! he's in my house giving a slide show presentation to my yogi of his photos, wow his photos are really beautiful. so i asked him if he would let me interview him and the technology we would use (even though we have a full protools recording studio downstairs...AUDIOBLOGGER! |

AMSTERDAM RECORDING |
 click to see larger  click to see larger | i have just landed in amsterdam after 4 days in new york of working non-stop. i am totally exhausted, not from the travel, but from the 24/7 schedule i just made to finish all my jobs and personal projects. now in amsterdam i am in the studio recording a cd. wow! this is so much work! my family don't really understand me...too much technology for them! they want me to come upstairs and sing with them in the sacred circles! but i only have these two weeks here in amsterdam to record and master 3 cd's! i feel really focused and introspective at the moment, and for me it's really nice to be at home and be able to record in the recording studio before going to milan to work. i have been working for 3 days straight 24/7, sleep 12 hours, work 3 days, sleep 12 hours, and now i am on a work from 10am - 5am, sleep from 5.30-9.30am schedule. that's working better for me. THEY BUILT ME A DESK WITH 2ND MONOTOR HANGING FROM THE CEALING THAT SWIVELS!!! my family is so amazing...they are so innovative! i told them i needed a desk and a second montor, and they built me exactly that, but better than i could ever have imagined! the monotor swivels so that when i am behind the recording studio computer, i can still see what's happening on my pc, and when i am in front of my pc, i can swivel the whole digi studio to see what's happening on the mac screne! so i am simultaneosly working on updating my website and journal page! last year, i organized to have built for my yogi, an entire recording studio. we have a digi 002, with a powerbook g4, 1.5 gh ram, 50mb hard drive, combo dvd drive, and all the digital and analog microphones and cables you can imagine! 4 mini discs, a mini disc sound studio, 2 sony portable dats, and many other gadgets. it's a pretty amazing studio and we are starting our own record label...so if you are a musician and would like to record with us...send over a mp3 of your voice in the shower and we will see what we can do! our main focus is sacred songs and spiritual grooves. many thanks to the brilliant sound engeneer, adam dreschner, who took his only vacation time of 4 days and flew from nyc to set it all up for my yogi, and teach us how to operate the softwear! my yogi's desire is to travel all over the world and take the equipment deep into nature and do recordings. now we are working on building an alternative power source using battery packs and solar pannels. if anyone has any experience with alternative power sources etc, please feel free to email me. i am swimming in this information (drowning more like it!) |

MEDITATION AT 5AM |
 the sanctuary 25 first ave new york city, ny 10003 usa (212) 533-3717 | so! for my last week in new york city i am staying again in the sanctuary bed and breakfast. i really love it here, 5am meditation, 2 hours chanting and reading from the vedas, community work, and a clean, silent, peaceful atmosphere to get your head together for getting back to full power work. i recorded a cd of their morning meditation practice and sadna so that i can take it with me and continue the practice. its a very powerful experience in my opinion. highly recommended. i will let you know when i have got it in production and able to distribute copies! some interesting links: the louvre inverted pyramid shopping center virtual tour of the louvre carrousel du louvre young designer association |

NEW YORK CITY YOGA CHIC |
 | hi everyone! i am working my butt off here in new york city and i am also doing TONS OF YOGA! everyone says that i have lost lots of weight but that i look amazing. i am not sure if this is good, but i can only say that i feel GREAT! and that for the first time, i can FIT INTO VERY VERY TIGHT PANTS!! have you any idea how sexy that makes one feel????? wooohooooo. i have been going to jivamukti yoga. their classes are ok, IT'S NOT BHAVA YOGA!!! i found out my favorite nyc yoga place closed because peter wanted to go to live in vermont and start a yoga center there!!! i bought a lot of yoga cd's and dvd's for paris so that i can keep up my practice when i get there. THERE'S NO YOGA LIKE NYC YOGA! 24 HRS A DAY PRACTICALLY you can go to yoga anywhere at any time. very hard NOT to do it in your day! but in paris they only have it once a day and in different hard to get to places at one time....very hard to get to if you do a lot of castings! so home practice it will have to be! i am however, really excited to try the jivamukti cd's. AND I HAVE PRODUCED MY OWN YOGA CD WITH PETER BHAVA. when it's ready i will put it up for everyone to check out here. peter was really kind to let me record a yoga class so i could keep up my practice while on the road.
