ROMA |
hi everyone! so i am in roma now since two days
doing the castings for la alta moda (haught couture in rome).
i think 3 clients liked me yesterday. i hope so!
today someone told me that they will not do the spanish steps this year. that it is the first year they do not do them on the steps. what is that about? i came to walk the steps and now there are no steps? what a bummer! i have to find out if this is true. |
so accomodation seems to be a huge issue with the agencies for the girls.
why do there not exist any model flats here? we stay in hotels or at
piazza san marco itself, or near the central station. i am staying
near the central station. it's cool. i rented a bike down the block
to go on castings. there are lots of hills here!
where i stay near the central station, it's like living in the
east village in nyc! lots of young people, cool bars, and now
i have found this backpackers place where they have internet
cafe, printer, breakfast, and lots of americans my age travelling
through europe after their exams. very cool place. wish it were
all models! either way it's great to be on the net!
