THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY |
it was 3 photographers and me: calix, julien, and artus. we all showed our books, photos of eachother,
and talked about what we like, making jokes around. i said how cool it was, to see these three friends,
who were all photographers and yes in no competition with eachother because each one's style
was TOTALLY DIFFERENT. no comparrision. artus piped up and said that calix was the good one.
i dont know who said it next, but someone said that the three mac's were "the good, the bad, and the ugly".
artus said that they could start a photo agency. i said, "yah, and you can book me for your jobs through my
agency called MONSTOR MODELS!" WE ALL BROKE OUT IN SHOUTING LAUGHTER.
"yah! and we can shoot for LOOSER MAGAZINE!"
with that our little clan was formed! coming back from turkey i asked the most famous designer if i could
borrow two dresses to shoot, and they very kindly gave me two of the most beautiful from the
new collection! i carried them from istanbul to amsterdam, amsterdam airport to my home, back
to the airport, amsterdam to paris, paris cdg to a bus and then to the metro and then to my home.
(believe me, i would have taken a cab if i had understood correctly that the metro was broken.)
TODAY WE SHOT THE FIRST ISSUE OF LOOSER MAGAZINE! calix shot first, then artus, and then julien at night.
i just get home and i am totally beat. i feel so very happy though! i feel like i have real friends and people
who are of very high quality by my side. i am very lucky. this is very rare. i am very honored.
I HOPE WE ALL GOT SOMETHING THAT WE LIKE!
I AM SO EXCITED TO SEE!
